Acknowledgment
It has been my privilege to coordinate the data contained in this book. Because as an organization we have been less than perfect in maintaining our historical records there are some important events missing and possible some facts are not exactly correct. For these or any other discrepancies I offer my apology. However, every effort has been made to be as exact as possible.
Coordinating the data for this book has been an interesting and exciting challenge. Documenting the many contributions made by the great men and women of the Knights and Daughters and recalling the many whom I have had the privilege to know and be associated with made the project very meaningful to me. I hope as you read this book it will bring back similar memories to each of you. I also want to thank the members who have assisted in compiling the data for this book.
