I am pleased to let you know that the 2009 National Assembly will be held on April 24 & 25, 2009. We will once again be returning to The Double Tree Hotel – Cleveland South, 6200 Quarry Lane, Independence, Ohio 44131. The phone number is 1-800-222-TREE or 216-447-1300. Be sure to let them know that you are with The Knights of Equity to get the special room rate of $79.00 + tax per night. Deadline for reservations is April 3, 2009.
Our Saturday meeting will be held at 10:30 am. I will contact one of the courts regarding the donation of the Early Bird gift and for being responsible for the 50/50 drawing.
Please bring three (3) copies of your membership list, a court report and a list of deceased members since the National Convention in October 2008. A check for your court’s per capita tax will also be due.
